Each spirit selected for our cocktails is paired with a Chinese mythological creature or deity and created into a fable.
Each fable and character is associated with a moral challenge that our little crane must learn from or overcome.
Our drinks range includes a selection of rare Asian imports, which are a wonderful addition to the journey of flavours that Tàn Chá offers.
